You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product was not a custom or personalized order.

The item is not marked as "Final Sale" or clearance.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:

Worn, washed, or damaged items

Items without original packaging/tags

Custom or made-to-order products

Undergarments and hygiene-sensitive items

Sale or discounted items labeled as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Mention your Order Number, Item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

We will guide you with the return shipping process and address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer size and product exchanges (subject to stock availability). To request an exchange:

Mention the new size/product you want in exchange.

If the replacement is available, we’ll process it once we receive the returned item.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

We will prioritize and resolve the issue either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
