Refund & Return Policy

At Mohana Sports, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process simple and hassle-free.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The product was not a custom or personalized order.

  • The item is not marked as "Final Sale" or clearance.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging/tags

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Undergarments and hygiene-sensitive items

  • Sale or discounted items labeled as “Final Sale”


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Mention your Order Number, Item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

  • We will guide you with the return shipping process and address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We offer size and product exchanges (subject to stock availability). To request an exchange:

  • Follow the same steps as the return process.

  • Mention the new size/product you want in exchange.

  • If the replacement is available, we’ll process it once we receive the returned item.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us with your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the item.

We will prioritize and resolve the issue either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank or credit card account.

  • Contact your payment provider; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
